Student Affairs Communications (SA Comms) is a team of strategists, writers, designers, digital experts, web developers, social media specialists, and marketers, who partner with the units in the Division of Student Affairs to provide communications support that helps students thrive in their academic journey and beyond.

How to Work With Our Team

To accommodate the growth of our division, priorities and the current campus climate, we have adjusted our processes to better serve students, partners, plan and prioritize. Please review the options below.

Request Form

Anyone can complete this request form for these types of requests: website edits, site map changes, web editor training, video uploads, advanced/backend WordPress support, social media posts, analytics and more. If needed a member of the SA Comms team will contact you within 3 business days with a status update or additional questions. Most requests typically take 3-5 business days to complete. Requests are subject to being declined based on current divisional priorities, scope of request and team resources.

Marketing & Communications Projects

Have projects that your unit has historically worked on with SA Comms? Please work with your assigned Marketing Communications Manager (MCM) who is your contact that manages projects with the support of our creative team. Note: Not every project will require an MCM. MCM assignments are subject to change based on divisional priorities and workload.
